The president of the Czech Republic paid an official visit to the Moravian-Silesian Region. The Clarion Congress Hotel Ostrava became his temporary home during his stay from 10 to 12 November 2014. The president's busy agenda was, as always, scheduled down to the minute. That's why the president appreciated the hotel's perfect location for journeys to Ostrava, Havířov, Opava, Krnov, Kopřivnice and the Osoblažsko Region, where he officially met with regional representatives and citizens.
